Tickets once purchased cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.
Tickets purchased online are not eligible for discounts, schemes or promotions of any kind.
Online purchase of maximum number of tickets are limited to 10 nos. per day for single screen
It is mandatory to present your booking confirmation (SMS/computer print out) at the designated counter (sridar cinemas,shenoy’s,padma cinema & little shenoy’s) while collecting your ticket. Credit card used for the purchase of the tickets should be produced on demand
This transaction is being carried out over a secure payment gateway.
Tickets should be purchased for children above 3 years
Tickets purchased online for a particular SCREEN are valid for that SCREEN only.
Kindly carry proof of age for 'A' rated films.
Persons under the age of 18 cannot be admitted for movies certified 'A'.
Outside eatables are not allowed inside the premises
Ticket holders are required to abide by the policies laid down by the management as well as the local authorities.
Ticket’s amount will be credited to your shenoys.in account in case if any show is cancelled.
All kind of refund in failure of credit/debit card transaction due to unforeseen error will be considered only after clarification
